Will my gift arrive in time?
For celebrations close at hand, start with our Ready-to-Ship collection. Check the dispatch estimate for your chosen material and, for rings, size. Some solid gold pieces are made to order; their production time is shown on the product page. Allow additional time for shipping.
How will my gift be packaged?
Necklaces and pendants arrive in Common Era’s signature maroon jewelry boxes, while rings nestle in antique-style velvet ring boxes. Pendants purchased without a chain are tucked into a soft velvet pouch inside their box.
Do pendants come with a chain?
All vermeil pendants come with a vermeil chain. Solid gold pendants are sold without a chain, with the option to add a solid gold chain to your order.
What if I don’t know their ring size?
A necklace or pendant is an easier choice when you don’t know their ring size. A Common Era gift card also lets them choose their own piece, material, and fit.
Can a gift be returned?
For purchases made from October through December, we extend our return window to 60 days from delivery. Purchases made during the rest of the year have a 45-day return window. Pieces must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. US returns are free; international customers cover return postage. Customized pieces and digital gift cards are excluded. Refunds go to the original payment method.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free worldwide. Expedited US shipping is available for $10. Expedited shipping does not shorten the production time of a made-to-order piece.
