Shipping policy

 

Vermeil and hair accessory orders ship from our warehouse in Dallas. Though most orders are fulfilled either same day or the next business day, please allow up to 3 days for fulfillment during sale periods. International orders will take an extra day or two, due to the additional customs paperwork.

Orders ship Monday to Friday and shipping is free globally, with $10 express shipping in the US.  

All SOLID GOLD orders are shipped directly from our NYC studio and are always signature upon delivery.

As soon as your order ships, you will be automatically emailed with a tracking number.

International orders have customs and duties applied at checkout, and you will incur no additional charges.
