Our change of mind return policy lasts 45 days from the date you receive your item. It applies only to in-stock merchandise - custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Digital gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and you will be notified immediately. The cost of the item will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
Damaged or defective items
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will generate a mailing label for you to return your item if you are within the United States.
For international orders, we are unable to pay for shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
