Our change of mind return policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your item. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Earrings are unable to be returned due to hygiene reasons, but all other products are covered by this policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Digital gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The cost of the item will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please send us an email at email@example.com
We will generate a mailing label for you to return your item if you are within the United States.
For international orders, we are unable to pay for shipping costs but do accept returns and exchanges.
