Winter Storm Shipping Update

While Common Era's head office is in NYC, our fulfillment warehouse is located in Dallas, Texas, where they are currently experiencing an unprecedented winter storm. The warehouse has been without power or heat since Monday, and we have been unable to ship any orders placed since Saturday 2/13. 

UPDATE: FEBRUARY 20

The warehouse power has been restored and we are working hard to pack and ship the backlog of orders. All shipping carriers are still experiencing delays so there may still be delays as your order progresses through the network.
