The Leo Alchemical Zodiac Signet Ring is faithfully inspired by instructions preserved in a 17th-century alchemical manuscript, where its creation was described with meticulous care. The seal was to be crafted from pure gold at the moment the Sun entered Leo in mid-July. Its engraving was prescribed under precise celestial alignments: one side when Jupiter stood in Pisces, the other when the Moon occupied the same sign. Once completed, the seal was never to be exposed to fire again, lest its virtues be undone.
In antiquity, this talisman was revered for its radiant powers. It was said to attract favor and goodwill, acting as a magnet for opportunity and benevolence. It was also believed to strengthen vitality and guard against fever and pestilence, even lending its healing force to water or wine touched by its surface. In historical accounts, the sigil was applied to burns, its virtue thought to draw out fire itself and restore the skin without scar.
