The Pisces Alchemical Zodiac Pendant draws its inspiration from a 17th-century alchemical manuscript, where its creation was described with precision and care. Traditionally, this sigil was to be forged from a blend of gold, iron, copper, and silver, each metal carefully measured and melted together when the Sun enters Pisces, typically in February. The engraving was to be completed within this celestial window, aligning the talisman with Pisces' ethereal and intuitive energy.
Once crafted, the seal was to be applied during the day and hour of Jupiter, Pisces’ ruling planet, while Jupiter was well-placed in the Eighth House of Heaven. This alignment was believed to imbue the sigil with its full mystical and medicinal potential.
Ancient texts attribute to this sigil powerful healing properties, particularly in addressing ailments linked to choleric imbalances, which were believed to cause conditions such as joint contractions, paralysis, cramping, and burning sensations. It was also said to soothe the pain of gout and provide relief from muscle cramps and flux-related ailments.

Gold Vermeil, pronounced ver-may, is a french term for a style of gold plating that is regulated by the federal government. Unlike "gold plated" jewelry, vermeil must always be on a solid 925 sterling silver base - rather than brass - with at least 2.5 microns thickness of gold. This is 3 times thicker than normal gold plating.
This makes vermeil a longer lasting product than gold plated jewelry, as well as more valuable because it's composed entirely of precious metals.
