When I created the Alchemical Zodiac Collection, I wanted to offer something far beyond the predictable star sign pendant. These designs are not generic interpretations—they are based on true 17th-century alchemical seals, drawn from the pages of a rare manuscript.

Each piece blends the ancient symbolism of astrology with the layered meaning of alchemical spellwork, so when you wear your zodiac pendant, you carry centuries of mystery, craft, and protection.

A Different Kind of Zodiac Jewelry

Today’s zodiac pieces often rely on modern design shortcuts—minimalist outlines or pop-astrology imagery—but the tradition of wearing your sign dates back thousands of years. In the 1600s, astrologers and alchemists worked hand in hand, engraving spells alongside zodiac glyphs to protect the wearer and draw in beneficial influences.

In my collection, those very same inscriptions appear in their original forms, etched into recycled gold with a faithfulness to history that makes them feel as much artifact as adornment.

The Manuscript That Started It All

I first came across the manuscript in an archive. Its pages are dense with astrological diagrams, planetary seals, and invocations written in looping, arcane script. The zodiac signs are unlike anything I’d ever seen—strange, beautiful, and brimming with intent.

From these pages, we redrew each seal, preserving its original form before translating it into gold. Every pendant carries the same design that a 17th-century wearer might have carried as a talisman.
