All gold vermeil and sterling silver ships from our warehouse in the Dallas, while solid gold and custom pieces ship from our studio in NYC.

Though most vermeil orders are fulfilled either same day or the next business day, please allow up to 3 business days for fulfillment during sale periods. International orders will take an extra day or two, due to the additional customs paperwork.

Solid gold orders will ship within the timeframe given on each product's web page, usually between 2- 6 weeks.

Orders ship Monday to Friday and shipping is free globally, with $10 express shipping in the US.  

We recommend using our Route Package Insurance option, which is automatically selected for a few extra dollars at checkout. If you choose to remove Route insurance at checkout, Common Era is not liable for your package once it is shipped. 

As soon as your order ships, you will be automatically emailed with a tracking number.

We cannot pay import customs or taxes in your country, but will include a customs slip in all international orders.
